Welcome, Alumni of the Georgetown University College Democrats! As the largest political organization on campus, the GU College Dems have over 1500 active members and thousands of alumni. We are a diverse group of students united by a common passion for progressive ideals.
Alumni of the Georgetown College Dems hold positions in a wide variety of fields from politics to business, NGOs to community groups, and everything in between. The interests of our members are just as diverse.
Our members include hundreds of students who are eager to get involved and make a positive difference in the world through cooperation with like-minded progressive organizations and individuals. We would love to help our alumni by mobilizing our members to directly help you. We are always looking to connect current students and alumni through internships, volunteering, campaigning, and mentoring.

We’ve recently embarked on an ambitious project to develop and expand our alumni base in the years ahead. As we continue to strengthen this network, we want everyone involved.
We are building a complete, comprehensive database of all College Dems Alumni so that we can maximize the benefit to the Georgetown community and our Democratic values through interaction between Georgetown’s students and alumni. Please take a quick moment to join our alumni database below:
Giving Contact
The College Dems depend on a strong financial base to supplement the organization’s operating recourses. We now have a designated gift account which ensures that alumni can designate their Georgetown gifts directly for our benefit. All contributions are tax-deductible as a donation to the university, and giving to this fund guarantees that your contribution will be used exclusively to sponsor the many activities of our organization. These activities include speakers, voter registration, and community outreach, and political awareness, just to name a few.
Your gift to the College Dems will facilitate the greater involvement of our members in the community. Your help will also enable the development of the Georgetown College Democrats in new ways that have not been possible in the past due to a lack of funding.
